1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
You may request a return if the item is:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review your case and offer an appropriate resolution, such as:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit (if applicable)
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care items

5. Size & Fit Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
We recommend reviewing our Size Guide before purchasing.
If you receive an incorrect size due to our error, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment only.
- Cancellation requests may be subject to a processing fee of up to 20% to cover transaction and handling costs
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item:
- Please request a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately
8. Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be returned and inspected
- It must meet all return eligibility requirements
Refunds may not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Minor color differences due to screen display
9. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost
